Order completion email does not arrive

If you do not receive the email after completing your order, you may have accidentally entered the e -mail address or in the annoying folder.

If you are specifying a domain, please set it so that you can receive denyosha.co.jp and cocoroad.com.
* E -mail addresses for mobile phone carriers may not be received. Please use your email address other than the mobile phone company as much as possible to avoid troubles.

Regarding out of stock

We sell products on the on -run opens at some stores. Depending on the timing you ordered, it may have already been sold. In that case, I am very sorry, but I will cancel the order.

Delivery company and delivery method

A.

Delivery will basically be delivered by Yamato Transport.
If you would like to specify the delivery date / time zone, please write in "Memo to Kimonooff" when ordering.
On the delivery date, Honshu and Shikoku can choose the date after 3 business days on the order date, and in Hokkaido, Kyushu and Okinawa 4 business days.

Normal shipping (800 yen uniformly)
* Shipping to Hokkaido and Okinawa is 1800 yen
* Delivery to remote islands will be refused on the fee system.

[Overseas shipping shipping]
Normal shipping (uniform 3000 yen)
* However, shipping to some countries and regions is not supported.
* Please pay for customs duties by overseas delivery at the customer's burden.
* The lead time varies depending on the region, so we will contact you here to confirm the specified delivery date.

About returned goods and exchanges

Returned goods / refunds

Inspections, packing, and delivery, we have been thorough, but if the product is damaged, or if it is different from the ordered product (product difference, different quantity), we will return and exchange immediately. (In this case, the shipping fee will be borne by our shop).
* In the case of returned goods, the refund will be returned after the product is returned.

The following products are refused when returning or exchanging products.

  • Products that you have used once
  • If you have been over 10 days after the product arrives
  • Damaged and dirty products for customers
  • In case of order from overseas
